LC101 Basic Internal Coaching Skills (34 hours)

This course presents the basic strategies of the Insight Transformation Coaching model within an organization. This includes becoming expert in coaching communication for direct reports and colleagues, establishing norms and goals for the internal group involved, setting up individual goals for direct reports and how to do that, looking at how to establish a high performance culture based on positive psychology and neuroscience research, ethics and beginning coaching strategies including determining the empowered self. 25 hours of direct coaching clients are required as well as a final test.
